Luxurious and Relaxing Getaway This hotel was the perfect luxurious getaway with exclusive amenities such as a spacious room and a serene spa and wellness center under the original brick arches. the full body massage and facial felt like heaven, and the plunge pool was a refreshing touch after the sauna. the in-room breakfast was excellent and brought right to the door discreetly. the location was also perfect, very close to the old town, museums, and restaurants, making it easy to explore.

The location of this hotel is superb. It is tucked away in a charming area filled with pastel-colored waterfront buildings. There are plenty of eateries and shops nearby, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local culture. there are convenient bus connections and boat ferries just steps away from the hotel, providing easy access to popular attractions in the city. The staff at this hotel were cute and helpful throughout our stay. From check-in to restaurant reservations, they were very good too ensure our needs were met. One particular staff member, Kim, stood out for their excellent service and assistance. Their attentiveness made our experience more fun.

One downside of this hotel is the lack of amenities in the rooms. There is no mini bar or coffee/tea making facilities available.

The stay was good. This hotel was low cost and contemporary. Recently refurbished, functional room with comfy bed, a plugged shower.

The hotel was hip new, location was ideal near royal Palace, savoury breakfast. The reception was friendly with helpful staff. The room was updated and non-smoking with functional bathroom and delightful views...

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Reisen In The Unbound Collection By Hyatt. The location in the old town center was perfect for exploring Gamla Stan and enjoying the waterfront. Our room was excellent, with a nice decor and cleanliness. We especially loved being able to open the windows and have a view. The bathroom was clean and the room servicing was excellent. The breakfast each morning was delicious and had a great selection. Despite a minor issue with the room door lock, it was promptly fixed when reported. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

Clean trendy boutique hotel, the location and stuff where very good. The room was spotless with exceptionally comfortable beds. The staff members were especially at reception desk and ready to render a fast check-in.

It was cozy and fairly clean hotel, exactly as described, with brilliant staff and prime location very close to many other restaurants. Lots of options for breakfast, outstanding fresh bread and meats. Service was good, we felt welcome.

Beds were a bit too soft in this place.

We loved the location of this hotel, as it was right in the heart of the old town and close to the main shopping district. The hotel facilities were excellent, including a really good breakfast with a wide variety of options. The staff were friendly and helpful, always responding well to any requests or questions we had. the hotel is conveniently located right by the sea, opposite the pier where you can take the shuttle to other islands.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel situated on the waterfront in the charming district of Gamla Stan. The location was perfect, with easy access to all the amazing sites of Stockholm. We enjoyed exploring the area and dining at the many nearby restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a fantastic view of the sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends!

There was an issue with the room not being made on our second day.

Convenient location near Old Town and waterfront. Great breakfast and atmosphere in the bar. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious, clean family room with beautiful views. Modern decor and excellent bathroom facilities.
